The company is led by Eng. Ashraf El Serafy, the Chairman, who is a respected member of the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers and the Egyptian Association of Construction Contractors.

Notably, El Serafy Engineering's partnership with GE has extended to include them as a factory authorized service representative and distributor for power distribution products and systems in Egypt, the Middle East, and GCC. The company prides itself on its commitment to expanding its services to cater to the immediate and long-term needs of clients, including after-sales business. Their range of solutions has been broadened to include power system engineering and Smart Grid solutions for the electric utility industry.
